Jennifer Dopazo is an interaction designer, developer and artist. She is currently based in New York City as an Interactive Art Director. She holds a Master in Fine Arts (MFA) in Design and Technology from Parsons The New School for Design in New York City and a BA in Visual Communication from ProDiseño in Caracas, Venezuela.

Her passion for innovative product design was pursued on her work with artist Yury Gitman at Banana Design Lab. She works with artists Michael Mandiberg (Eyebeam) and Adam Hyde (FLOSS Manuals) on the Digital Foundations project, that uses formal exercises from the Bauhaus to develop basic design and production understanding of open source softwares. She was an artist in residence at The Banff New Media Instittue (BNMI) at The Banff Centre (Alberta, Canada) in the Almost Perfect residency program.

As an artist she participated at the I Free Culture Forum 2009 (Barcelona, Spain) and presented her work at the Medialab Prado (Madrid, Spain).
